Yes! While website maintenance is an additional paid service, we provide thorough training during the website development process so you can manage your site on your own. However, if you’d like us to handle updates and maintenance, we offer those services as well.
Can you help me with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?
Absolutely! SEO is one of our core services. We’ll optimize your website so that you rank higher on Google and attract more organic traffic, helping you get found by potential customers.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire about your business, goals, and design preferences. Then we’ll schedule a consultation to dive deeper into your vision for the website and brand.
What happens if I need changes after my website goes live?
If you’d like to make changes after the website is live, we offer website maintenance as an additional service or the ability to hire us by the hour (the Power Hour). Alternatively, we train you to manage and update the website on your own right after launching it. So, you should know how to make the changes you need, but we are always here to help.
Do you handle website hosting?
Yes, we host the websites we build unless you prefer to stay with your current host. We host your site so we have a more intimate knowledge of managing the back end and easier access to it. If you choose to keep your current host, we just need access to your account to manage things effectively.
What if I already have a website but want to redesign it?
No problem! We can work with your existing site to revamp the design, improve user experience, and optimize it for better performance. Let’s talk about your goals, and we’ll create a plan to bring your vision to life.
